The market in Telluride is holding up very nicely despite the recent selloff in the stock market and higher interest rates. The historically low inventory continues to hold pricing and I expect to see that continue. The prioritizing of lifestyle and telecommuting that has driven the market in recent years continues to drive buyers into the market. Telluride also wins the hearts of so many first time travelers here that the demand is still strong in general for the market. I expect price increases to level off, and we are seeing some new inventory hit the market and not sell in just a few days like we have seen the last couple of years.
